The Authorized Representative for EAC Declarations
UPDATE
Recently the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation clarified that the Resolution 1236 “On the Procedure and Reasons of Including or Excluding Accreditation Bodies into/from the National Subregister of the EAEU Unified Register of Conformity Assessment Bodies” issued by the Government of the Russian Federation will be applied starting from March 1, 2020.
Starting from this date, Certification Bodies won’t be able to register EAC Declarations.
How can you get an EAC Declaration of conformity if it is established by the applicable Technical Regulation of Custom Union?
It will be possible to register the EAC Declaration only through an authorized representative – and not more a certification body - which is resident in the country of Custom Union.
